The NWCA will be hosting a Town Hall with special guest Wayne Carson, RDCO Director West to establish community priorities that need attention in the next 4 years. Come voice your thoughts and listen to others as we road map all the items of importance for a healthy lifestyle on this end of the lake.

Some important items of note that have already been articulated by the NWCA and are included for discussion below in no particular order:

1. Community FireSmart

2, Governance

3. Clean water supply - Generators

4. Safety along Westside Road at children's bus stop areas. 

5. Transfer Station expansion

6. Policing the back woods for fire hazard and other human refuse in particular behind the transfer station. 

7, Speed limits on Westside Road and safer shoulder drop offs. 

8. Exploration of Community Garden created on regional lands in the Fintry Delta Area to embrace greater food security in the area.

9. Analysis of Westshore Park to develop and maintain a bike park for youth, offering greater recreational options on the Westshore.

All North Westside residents are welcome.
